It takes in video recordings, combined with transcripts, and creates the process maps and documentation needed to fully understand how work is done. It captures the happy path, as well as the edge cases, and learns the why in addition to the how. Traditionally this would have taken consultants 3-6 months with user interviews to complete this process, Capture does this through technology.
